
All prints may be returned within 7 days for reasons of incorrect cataloguing or description.
Please follow the following instructions:
When returning prints, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel.
It is strongly recommended that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by www.katherinemann.com we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
We do not accept liability for parcels damaged during transit, so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
Please be sure to include the following details with all returns:
- Daytime telephone number
- Original date of receipt and copy of the order.
- The reason for the return
